JOHNFORD’s table-moving double-column machining center varies from the smallest travel 900 mm to the biggest 8000 mm of X-axis. Y-axis ranges from 1300 mm to 2800mm. Head attachments are also available on medium-to-large DMCs.

JOHNFORD’s slant-bed HT series offer a CNC lathe with twin-turret and twin-spindle, making machining highly efficient and productive. Lower turret can also be replaced by a follow rest. Tailstock can be replaced by a complete set of boring bar system as well.

- Standard with 4+1 machining package, but simultaneous 5-axis machining function is also available.
- 60° slant bed design machine with HSK-A100T or CAPTO C8 for heavier cutting & optimum chip removal capacity.
- 90° orthogonal bed design machine with HSK-A63T or CAPTO C6 for lighter cutting, but with heavy column structure to accomplish ±130mm Y-axis or more.
- Sub-spindle or counter-spindle is also available.
- Customization in other crucial parts is also available.

JOHNFORD’s flat-bed CNC lathes can have over Ø1000 mm turning diameter and over 10 m max. turning length without any problems. Cutting attachments such as hydraulic turret, boring bar system or grinding heads are all available, so are manual and hydraulic steady rests.

JOHNFORD’s vertical turning lathes range from Ø600 to up to Ø6,000 mm turning table. Heavy-duty machines can be equipped with a hydrostatic rotary table. An automatic pallet changer is also available.
